Cache Memory Jumper Setting

Configuring a BEK-5731 Mbrd, JP9 deals with Cache Memory. The options are:
1-2: 5V TAG RAM
2-3: 3.3V TAG RAM

Appreciate some assistance with this.
Question #1: What does TAG stand for?
Question #2: What is the appropriate option?

Installing a P200 CPU, and either 64MB RAM in 72 pin SiMMs or a 64 MB 3.3V DiMM.
