format a:/s or copy file system ?

In order to update bios in abit mobos, i need to have a command in a floppy together w/the bin and the awdflash exe.

My question is in windows me & it doesnt or let you format the floppy by typing format a:/s in msdos ,so how do i obtain that command?

The easiest way to build a boot floppy in WinME is to use the "startup disk" option. This is found under your control panel in the add/remove programs applet. Another equally as easy alternative is to download a bootdisk. Check this out:
