Get Nothing! Help me!

Hi,


Recently i buy a Motherboard VH6. I install it, everything is OK. Today, (3 weeks later) my computer start to reset automatictly. It reset , sometimes i enter in Windows without it reset..but not for a long time. I shutdown 3 or 4 times..the last time i shutdown the computer..it never restart. (just the case fan, cpu fan work and light on my lan network card.) I checked the power supply is OK. I pull out the jumper of the sound card (on board), i try to reset CMOS with jumper..i pull out lan network card, video card, memory...nothing...can you help me ??? Another thing..if i disconnect ATA/IDE cable from Hard drive..the hard drive spin..i connect it..it don't spin.
In addition, before the computer never respond, i got a message like "Error I/O"

The computer do nothing..nothing at screen...
just the the fan spin..and the light of hard drive and power on..
