Hi. Just wondering what the best atx style motherboard that will work with my k6-3+ 450 is and if anyone has an extra they want to sell me. thanks.

Two MB's come to mind. DFI K6BV3+/66 which is AT and the Epox G2 or G5 which is ATX. I would have got the Epox but I have an AT case.

I'm enchanted with the SOYO 5SSM-5.
It has on-board video, sound for cheap build.
ATA/66 support on the mobo
FSB up to 124-133mhz, these are NOT printed in the manual nor on the board but are listed in the CD-ROM manual that comes with the mobo
MicroATX form factor
4 PCI Slots
1 ISA slot for old legacy stuff, like modem or SCSI cards
