Bios Upgrade

I have an older Ms-5120 motherboard with an Ami bios A37A.
In Microstar's site there is a file (A5119v10) that upgrade the bios version from A37D to A37E.
Can i use this file to upgrade my bios?
P.S. I don't know if my bios is a flash bios.

There wouldn't be a BIOS upgrade available if your board did not accept it.

Here (http://www.msi.com.tw/support/bios/mainboard/5xxx/5120/5120.htm) is MSI's list of what the "E" fixes. If you don't have these problems, no need to upgrade.
