I'm working on a box with a soyo sy-5ema+ motherboard, that I beleive took a ****. I was thinking of going with a newer, faster board, but Im kinda new at this. I know abit and asus are good brands, but I need something I know will work with my other components. I believe my memory is pc100. (Would like to keep using it.)The hard drives aren't marked as to what speed, although I think they are ata/66. The processor is a socket 7 amd k6-2 which I dont really want to use anymore. Can anyone give me a good suggestion?

upgrade to a duron if your going to get a new board might as well spend the extra and really move up

Asus A7pro or A7V, Abit KT7 and a duron 750 or 800 for around $200.00
