How much processor can I use?

I need some one to show me how much processor
my Biostar M7MKA can handle. I have read every thing in the manual and read many views. The book says 500 and up. But some say up to 700. I really like this board. I only want to go up past 600.

It appears that your mainboard will support up to 950Mhz without any BIOS update... They only had 1 BIOS update which was for a UDMA66 detection problem.

Note: The mainboard does not support T-Bird CPU's
