I've checked all the BIOS settings I know of and don't see any settings to change it. Are there jumper settings on the board that have to be changed? I'm running Dell's BIOS revision A11. Any help would be appreciated. pont27 01-09-2001, 09:54 PM up big_block_buick 01-09-2001, 10:31 PM the best thing to do is call dell or check out your manual...i just had a look at dell and it lists from a 450-850 as all the same, so i guess that means it's supported.and under the category of changing processors it says "insert dell startup diskette.i guess once you insert this special dell disk.you will be able to change this field...but i'm only guessing...
