Overclocked BE6 and Standby mode?

I have successfully overclocked my Abit BE6 PIII450 to 558Mhz however 'it appears' that when the computer goes into standby mode it locks up.
Do I just turn standby off or are there any settings I need to make to overcome the problem?

Are you runnign windows 98? I had hte same problem with my computer when it wasn't overclocked. It just wouldn't wake up. I just turned the power management off in my BIOS and in windows
