Abit kt7,800MHz t-bird,Asus V7100
>I am in soft menu 3 ...the cpu opt speed is at 600 should I change that to 800? Thats what the chip is supposed to run at. What about these other values?

>I haven't booted into the OS yet,I want to make sure that the BIOS is configed right.
