Hardware Conflict

Can anyone advise me how to change an IRQ and address please? I have 2 items which occupy the SCISI ports and don't like it. Any solutions please? Also, any Office 2000 installing instructions? This belongs to a samll voluntary org. and we have changed computers. I get error messages and computer goes haywire. Help!
