I am looking for a mobo that has 4x AGP, UltraDMA66 or 100, at least 5pci slots, ATX, Supports (single) PIII processors, made by a common name brand, and no SCSI interfaces.

That's like looking for a car with four wheels and a motor.
These features are absolute baseline for any PIII board.
DFI has been making very fine no-nonsense boards recently, with good performance, compatibility and support, at noticeably lower prices than more known brands like Asus, Epox or so.
