I can't get into my Bios

I could use some help from anyone who might have had this problem. One of my children must have set my bios password because I can't get into to change some settings. I'm running American Megatrends AMI Bios copyright 1996. I've tried every method that I can think of to get into the bios. I've tried AMI, AMI_SW,AMI!SW,and AMI?SW. I've tried disconnecting the battery and I still can't get into it. Does anyone know of another way to do this? please e-mail me with possible solutions if you can

D/L the program BIOS.exe from this site:

Read the Readme.txt file, then run the prog to see a list of options. One option:
Bios p
should extract the password.

I would like to thank the two people who responded. I was able to gain access to the BIOS and now the computer is working fine.
