looking for a good 4x agp & ata/100 mobo. I'm NOT a fan of video/audio integrated mobos. Asus has a couple good ones but their mobos have either an audio integrated card or video integrated one. I don't believe Abit has any 4x agp support yet...

All the boards that use the VIA 686A south bridge chip will soon have UDMA100 as VIA transitions to 686B.
So the solution is to sit still for a couple of weeks and then look again. ECS, DFI, PC-Chips, Chaintech and lots of others have already announced, and DFI has product in the shops (the AK74EC Athlon board).

The Microstar's 694D Pro AIR comes with 4xAGP, Promise Ultra ATA/100 controller, and other devices. It uses the VIA Apollo 133A Chipset. However, it's a dual chip motherboard, so I don't know if that will fit your needs.
