I have a "very old" 503+ MoBo v1.0A, original bios 1.13JK1310 07/24/98, (E0803)
The updated Bios ver. is JE439, 4/18/00.
Following the tips on the ´503+ Unofficial Support Page´, disabling "write cache pipeline" and "read around write", the Video Cards GeForce 256 Annihilator Pro 32MB DDR AGP and ELSA Gladiatic MX GeForce2 MX 32MB
SDRAM AGP are working fine. The processor is
AMD-2 500 2,2 Volts, running at 5x100 MHz.
The Hard Disc runs faster with the Windows (4.10 1998) busmaster drivers.
