Ok, normally I do ok about finding these things, but I can't seem to find this one so:
Memory: max unknown 3 DIMM(jumpered to 3.3v or 5v)/4 SIMM
Slots: 4 PCI/3 ISA
Chipset: "TX Pro"
Voltages: 2.2/2.5/2.8/2.9/3.2/3.3/3.5
Bus: 60/66/75/83
Multipliers: 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0
AT, but has both AT and ATX power connectors, on-board sound, AT keyboard plug, PS/2 looking thing under it, and of course the obvious: 2 IDE 1 floppy, 2 serial, 1 parallel

You probably already tried this, but hey.... go here: http://www.sysopt.com/mboard.html
There is a link there where you can ID that board by the BIOS #'s.

ok, I did finnaly find it. A note to pc chips motherboard owners (as it turns out this was one) use www.pcchips.nl (http://www.pcchips.nl) rather than www.pcchips.com, (http://www.pcchips.com,) the .nl site is much better
