ABIT KT-7 Raid SETUP with 4 30gig ATA-100 7200rpm

Hey guys!! I just purchased 4 IBM-30gig-ATA-100-7200rpm hard drives for use with raid(I'm doing DV editing!!) I have not yet recieved either of these (I just ordered them yesterday), I don't really have any clue on how I will setup all of these on my system when I get it. I want to set them up so that I get an exteremly fast read/write rate. I think so people use norton ghost or somthing to set these up but I'm really not sure at all. So mainly can someone tell me how I will go from 4 empty raid HDs to a working super fast windows 98 system?
