Best free ISP & why?

Who do you guys think is the Best free ISP & why?

My vote goes to Address.com, because although it does have a banner, NO clicking is required. And it doesn't "cover" what's on my browser. And more importantly than all that, I can download huge video files with GetRight and it's Ping feature, unattended! You can't do that with any other free ISP I know of!

I used to use NetZero, but I don't like that banner. If you can find the NetZero hack that puts the banner away, heh heh heh...

I'd have to say that the best free ISP that I've used is WorldShare (http://www.worldshare.net). No banners, no busy signals, and I can stay connected for hours on end without a problem. You just have to fill out a survey every month, and from my experience, the surveys only take a couple of minutes to fill out. I started using WorldShare when FreeWWWeb gave me nothing but busy signals in my area.

Netzero, u can crack their banner to have full screen like, MSN.

I used www.freei.net (http://www.freei.net) but the banner drove me crazy. too big and covers too much...
