I installed Internet Explorer 5.0 (ZDnet edition - reason being I didn't want to deal with installation through microsoft- online install)
Anyway I can't get any e-mail that I have in Outlook Express to print...I've tried everything short of re-installing it.
The weird thing is I can print in all my other applications...Word 97, Photo programs, DOS, pages from the internet, etc..
What's wrong? How can I fix this, and save all my addresses and past e-mails?
I need HELP!!!
everj
If it matters I have a HP 722C printer
I'm way to drunk to write this stuff...but I wasn't when I tried to make it work
Come to think of it maybe I should try to fix it now.

Are you driving and drinking again on the computer. He..Ha. What are you trying to print out ? If you are trying to print out the message sent to you click on the gray bar above the message sent to you and turn it blue. Then go to top and select..edit..select all..and then try to print. I recently D/L Ie5 from ZDNET also. In doing so the set up program took over and backed up my address book. It also did the same with my recived messages. I can't remmeber right now but I think that you can save your address book and messages to your hard drive ( Ie5 ). Maybe I did this with my ( Ie4 ). You said you did not want to D/L Ie5 from Microsoft. It seemed to me that I D/L a setup file from ZDNET. When I ran it I got the impression that it went to Mircrosof for the rest of the Ie5 program. What do you remmeber. If I remmeber how to save address and messages I'll let you know. So check back later. I tired to help.Don't give up. jayzad

thanks for the help jayzad, but it doesn't work (it's screwed)
Here's what's weird (atleast to me) -
If I click on "tools" and then "address book" I can print out one of the addresses or all of them. But when I'm in the main window and I highlight one of them (or go into edit and click "select all") and then go to "file" and click on "print"...nothing!
It's really starting to **** me off.
I can save them and then open them w/ word so I can print them but that's a pain in the ***.
if jayzad can't help me w/ saving my addresses and especially my old e-mail replies, somebody please help.
I know I could just save all my messages and re-enter my addresses, but it would be nice if I didn't need to.
Thanks much-
everj
