I got it now. I had to flash the BIOS twice to get it to recognize my PIII but now it's nice and happy at a higher throttle. Thank you all.

I've searched and emailed all of DFI with not a word in return, so I'm looking to you guys. I am still learning computers and I've never flashed BIOS before and I need to to allow support of my PIII 450 on this early revision. The thing is that the BIOS updates on the DFI site are all different and I don't know if I'm supposed to flash all the update going from the earliest to the latest, or if all the updates are compiled into the latest or if I can just use the update that I feel applies to my particular problem. Please help. Thx

Read the instructions on flashing VERY carefully-just a friendly advise.
