Weird ZM6 behavior with 566celly and p3 800

this Abit ZM6 mobo is behaving funny ran it for ages with 400celeron=fine, 566celeron=ran for two months fine until power supply expired, changed power supply to a 300w while I was at it, anyway it won't run with the celly566 in it anymore neither will it except a P3 800ppga but it will run on the 400 still???? tried flashing the bios but makes no difference, what can be the problem? I would consider dual cpu board if this can't be resolved but you can't run a c566 by a P3 800? I know tis is probably a motherboard question but it is and it isn't if you know what I mean!

Sounds like the voltage regulator went at the same time the PS did. The 400 is a lower current CPU than the other one and therefore still works.
