Will the P2B run PIII's? Read for more Info.

I have a P2B MB with a Rev. 1.10 and my Bios is 1101. My question is, will it run a PIII 750 FC-PGA with an Asus S370-DL? The reason is, I can't afford a new MB at the moment, but that will be my next upgrade. If you need any more info or specs., please e-mail me or post your question. Thanks for reading.

I'm runing a PIII 700E on my P2B generic fc-pga slotket, no problems at all.
1.65v Vcore.
100 MHz FSB.
I can overclock @124 FSB.
