L2 Crash?

Hey guys,Can you help me.I have an amd k6/2
500@523 on an asus p5s-vm MB.
I have been having trouble playing games, they are so choppy it reminds me of a strobe light from back in the day.Wow I just had a flashback, oh wow man! Oh sorry I drifted
off, anyway I used the wcpuid program and
it returned a big ol blank. I cant find the external memory in setup. According to HP
documents it is supposed to be there.Im dying from lack of pixels,HELP

wcpuid never finds the external cache on the SS7 boards http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif e-mail me and I'll send ya ctcm7.exe it will tell ya of your cache is working or not but I'll be ya got a bad 500 from AMD I'd send that chip back and get a new one
