Can someone help me? I have a P200Mhz MMX and I changed the processor to a K6-2 450mhz and my motherboard is accepting it, and my OS are accepting it, but my bios still says 200 Mhz. the end result is my clock speed is still 200 mhz.

Can some one clue me in where I can get a bios that will allow me to use this processor.

Your going to have to know the specific make and model of your motherboard. Post that info first, then we may be able to help you out.

If you don't know that info, post what you do know about your system configuration, as well at the BIOS string that is displayed during boot-up. Tap the "pause key" to freeze the screen when the Bios informations appears.
