Connector Question

My motherboard has a couple of 2 lead connectors that are like the 3 lead connectors for the fan (molex?) and the coresponding switches and status lights on the case are the regular "2 conjoined jumpers with a wire each" style, can i get an adapter or am i going to need to do some mcguyver'ing, Kyle

Motherboard hookups are so standardized that I have to wonder what you are trying to do.

Please clarify your question. Are the "couple of 2 lead connectors" labeled? They may be intended for some little used functions, like IR or Chassis Intrusion. They also may be for jumpers.
