it's just one shot deal - the most recent. previous versions are usually made availablity in case any compatibility issues arise (like me, 1 week ago). any info on updating the BIOS should be available on the webpage where you're getting the files from, especially any readme.txt's... but you might want to go to www.ask.com (http://www.ask.com) if this is your first time flashing.

main things to do:

-make a boot disk w/the bios program and the bios file and boot to it.
-always make a backup of the old bios in case anything fails.
-never power off during the process, which should only take about a minute.

good luck.

thx for your help,i found the manual with detailed instructions, one thing though, and i feel kinda stupid, but if anybody gets a laugh" good"..you have to enable flash in bios for next boot and insert disk..but it didnt say when to take disk out.so i'm waiting for instructions.and it restarts and runs the flash a second time.(god protects fools and children lol )

You should take disk out when flashing is over & system is restarting.
The reason of your flashing for the second time is for sure because you have some batch on disk to be started automaticly with boot.
