Could someone give me some suggestions on what the best motherboard I should get.
Currently I have a slot 1 p-3 600 running on a abit be6 motherboard and 128megs of pc133 ram, I like to get a motherboard that would still run the 600 for awhile longer (if possibe) but be able to upgrade to a 1gz+ chip later on and have the ability to use ata100 harddrives and to select the use of using the pci videocard or a agp videocard in the bios.
Part 2
Also Im builting a friends machine and going to be using a amd setup (thunderbird/duron), which motherboard and amd chip is the best bang for the buck right now?
