Motherboard for Gateway AT Case

I'm preparing to upgrade me sister's Gateway 200 486/66 PC an a shoestring budget. Would like to keep the case. Which motherboard and processer would be the best option.

I DID ONE OF THESE FOR A SCHOOL NOT LONG AGO.
IF ITS THE SAME-IT TAKES A STANDARD AT BOARD.
AMPTRON 9100 (ONBOARD SOUND AND VIDEO),WITH
A 200 WINCHIP AND 32MEG OF SDRAM WOULD BE THE CHEAPEST WAY OUT.BUT FOR $20.00 DOLLARS,YOU CAN GET A NEW CASE AND NOT HAVE TO LOOK AT THAT AWFUL GATEWAY LOGO!!!

I also have three gateway 486Dx - 33 and 486Dx2 -66 MFG Date is 02/10/94 and 11/23/94 what will be a good board to use without change cases. thank darrell
