Overclocking system: ASUS P5A, K6III-450, Diamond Viper V550 (TNT 16MB), 128MB PC-100 Jeff7 08-14-2000, 10:14 PM I have a K6-3 400MHz and a P5A board, and haven't been able to overclock the thing at all, and keep it stable at the same time. I don't think that the built-in cache is able to take the higher speeds. grunwald 08-15-2000, 01:44 AM Jeff, did you try to increase voltage at same time? some members of the "overclocking-forum" told me how to do. watch the same topic in the forum above mentioned - perhaps you ll get some help there? Wiruz 08-15-2000, 03:37 AM I have never been able to overclock my K6-3 450... and i tried it on to differennt boards - FIC PA2013 and Epox G2 But i could run it at 4*112 on the epox - but as soon as i start seti... crash... apparently to hard on the cache btw - the more cache - the harder the oc SysOpt.com
