Just wondering if I can run a P3 650 Flip Chip on my BM6 motherboard, The board now supports up to 650mhz with the bios update and can use the Celeron 2 chips, so does anybody know?

The BM6 basically is a PPGA Board.
You say you have the latest Bios which supports Coppermines (like Cel2), it should also work with a PIII, cause they are of the same architecture.
You will need a FC-PGA --> PPGA adapter cause the pins are a little different (i.e. the reset in on a different pin).
Take a look at the Neo370 adapter. Also check out the Asus page once more and have a second look if coppermines in general are supported.
Good luck.

The Abit BM6 supports coppermines (the BM6 and the ZM6 really shouldnt, because they are built on old archetecture, but it seems Abit has found a way to work it into a BIOS update). You should have no problems running it on the board without a Neo370.
