id moboard P5ST-A

please could you help me get id for my motherboard
my bios is 11/05/97-SiS598-P5ST-A(c-00)
on my md is P5ST-A ver1.0
there are 3 ISA slots
4 PCI slots
4 simm slots
2 dimm slots
also on the md is made in tawian, case it helps
would be more than gratefull for some help thank you.
also on the back of the board is cadac cmv0-1 if this helps
i got this from wim bios 2A5IIG39: ??? (P5ST-A)
whitch=gemlight company (g3) but its not them
