I have been trying to overclock my 433 celeron with no success. Each time I bump up the bus speed, and reboot my computer, the startup bios notes the new speed and then spits back the following error: "the CPU is unworkable or has been changed, check the soft menu to check configuration." Then I have to reboot again and the bios cuts the chip speed to 233(66). Obviously, when I leave it at 433(66) it runs fine. How can I get it to take the new speed?

In your CPU section of the bios just toggle the option on "speed error hold" and you will be off to the races http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
