i just built my first computer. i have three proplems; at startup, the toshiba 12x dvd-rom makes a double knocking sound even when bios is set to a,c,scci(no a,c,cd-rom). the bios will only offer 60 or 70ns for pc100. when i start or close ie5, the computer hangs for 9 or 10seconds. what gives? canit
