i440LX/EX AGP no boot

Can anyone help with the above motherboard it has power going to components (hard drive lights etc.) but nothing comes up on the monitor. Have already tested monitor, hard drive, power supply, video card all work fine on other systems. I'm suspicious of the AGP port or maybe just **** MB.
Any help will be appreciated
