Hello,
I did a quick search for ya and found out that the A7V will be available later this week! I used www.pricewatch.com (http://www.pricewatch.com) and it had a whole list of suppliers. They are all expecting their shipments by the end of this week.
ASUS has the specs of the board on their site already also.
