Fellow sysopters:

Does anyone know who makes the mobo bearing the above number? It came with AMI bios, and appears to have an Intel chipset. I used to have the URL to a great site that ID'ed all mobos, or at least listed them. Anyone know it? This MS6111 is not hooked up so I'm not in a position to post it and review the on-screen numbers.

Thx!

The MS6xxx numbering sounds like it's an MSI board.

Take your BIOS ID string (see bottom of screen during memory test), and visit our AMI numbers collection at www.ping.be/bios (http://www.ping.be/bios) to make sure.

To make things a bit difficult, MSI produces quite a lot of mainboards for OEMs - some of these aren't sold standalone, and never appear on their website. These are supposed to be supported by the OEM that builds systems with them.
