ABIT KG bios to QN

Am upgrading from my Cel 300A to Cel 566
FC PGA on my BH6 board. Will be flashing
with the newest QN bios. I already have the flash utility with last years KG bios.
I was wondering if I could simply replace the 2 KG files in the bios folder with the 2 QN files, and change the command line.
Would this work ?
