How do I flash the bios on my motehrboard

Download the latest BIOS and the Award flash utility (you will want the one for Plug N Play boards,"aflash.exe") from Asus's web site http://www.asus.com/Products/Motherboard/Pentium/P5a-b/index.html . Make a bootable disk, unzip the BIOS file and copy it to the bootable disk, also copy the flash utility to the bootable disk.
Insert the bootable disk, containing the BIOS and the flash utility into your floppy drive and boot your computer. At the "a" prompt, type: aflash.exe and follow the instructions, make sure you back up you old BIOS to this floppy, just in case there is a problem.
If you screw the process up, it is possible your motherboard will not boot, so be careful and follow the directions of the flash utility.
When the process is done, turn your computer off, reset the BIOS settings to default, then boot you computer and set the settings to your liking.
