The back of my motherboard shows model number is: Elpina 5196-2743a

If anyone know the jumper setting for this motherboard, please let me know.

Greatly appreciated!

Elpina was bought or is owned by Ability (http://www.ability-tw.com/).
Elpina boards apparently were manufactured by PC Chips (http://www.pcchips.com/).

Elpina is just a printed circuit board maker. The mainboard product isn't Elpina (much in the way that your car isn't a Goodyear although their company logo is the largest one on it :-)

They do contract work for PC-Chips mainboards. That particular one was made in week 51, 1996. Visit the PC-Chips Lottery site to find out what it is:

Hello?

As I suggested, visit the Lottery site, and use the database search engine there to narrow down what your board might be.
