The model number you specified for the motherboard pertains to the VX Pro chipset. If you can't find any other identifying marks on the board to find the manufacturer, and you've run the BIOS start-up string against those found on the pages in the identifying a motherboard section (http://www.sysopt.com/mboard.html) of our motherboard's page and still can't identify the board, you have a generic board and no one here is going to be able to tell you what CPUs it does or does not support.
If you decide to buy a new motherboard, buy a name brand: preferably by a manufacturer listed towards the bottom of our motherboards page (http://www.sysopt.com/mboard.html).
