Hi Joe, the manual for your mobo can be found at the following address
ftp://ftp.lucky-star.com.tw/pub/Manual/6bx2e.exe
Scroll to page 13 and the settings are there.
If that is for the wrong board the rest of the manuals are at this address

In order to view the files you will first need to unrar them with winrar, if you havent already got it you can get it from here

When you have downloaded the manual double click it, this will automatically start winrar, a little box will appear saying where you want to save it to, choose the directory and then press the button marked "E" this will create a word document in the directory that you chose. Then you just double click that and read the manual.
