sdram cas type?

I've got a asus p3b-f and what i would like to know is what type of memory i've got (cas 2/cas3) and which settings would be best in either case.

Situation now: by speed (options are 8ns/7ns/userdefined/by speed)

cas 2t
ras 2t
ras 2t
? 8t

Pop out a memory stick and tell us what labeling you find, including all of the writing on an individual chip.

latest award bios tells u the cas delay if you got it wrong, you can leave it like that or go into bioas and change it
