"V75M-UMA" micro-ATX. i wonder what's
the manufacture for it.

cool, yeah, it's an aptiva,
but how can i upgrade BIOS.
i dont find any bios info
at ibm page.

If in Windows.. try Start~>type hwinfo /ui ..wait for it to load.. do CTRL+F and type BIOSVersion and copy/paster the bios info in reply.
