Well today I got my case for my new computer I'm building, it didn't come with a manual but has a bag of screws and other unusual stuff. I was wondering if anyone has a link to a site that gives a very detailed instructions on how to install a mobo( with a lot of pictures). Can anyone help?
Thanks
I don't have a site link, but it's not that hard to do.
First, drop the motherboard mounting panel down flat next to the case so it's aligned the same way it goes back in.
Place the motherboard on that panel with the in/out connectors at the back.
You'll see that most of the holes in the motherboard line up with holes or standoff mounts in the mounting board. (I call them standoffs, others call them spacers or just mounts.)
The idea here is that the motherboard does not screw down directly to the mounting board in the case. You'll have either clips or long hex screws that go between the mounting board and the motherboard. (The motherboard would fry itself if mounted directly to that metal sheet, but any holes not electrically isolated on the board are for grounding.)
If you are not sure you can line the holes up properly by eyeball or trial & error, you may wish to use a pen, pencil or scribe thru the holes in the motherboard to mark where you need these standoffs or hex screws.
Then install the standoffs where needed, place the board on these and screw the board to these standoffs. There is no need to torque these down like a spark plug. You can warp or crack the board that way. Snug is good, then a quarter or half turn more with the screwdriver.
If it's a Pentium Slot1 you're installing on the board, getting that in right may be much more intimidating. It's usually real snug and takes some force that you'll fear may break the processor or board. At least in my adventures so far it has...
You might try the link to Motherboard Homeworld from the SysOpt main page. They used to have a step by step guide with pictures there.

Not too long ago I installed a motherboard into a case for the first time. I never got a manual for it either but I found the process to be really quite simple. Basically, you push the standoffs up through the bottom of the case, line the motherboard up with those, and screw it down. Be careful of over tightening, and static electricity. Good luck.
