I'm going kind of nutty after finding out my existing mobo DOES NOT support the PIII 600E
Coppermine. Which is the better board between theses two: (1) Abit VA6 Via Chipset 133Bus vs. Asus P3V-4X Via-133 Chipset Slot 1? Or am I way off and another board is better?
Thx.

i would say you have the wrong comparison the boards would be the abit VT6X4 or the asus P3V4X.
I personally have a VT6X4 and its awesome i personally think its better than the asus but lots of people love the asus and think its the better of the boards.
Many review sites companring the boards have different results some with the abit being the better board and some with the asus being the better of the boards.
anyway i think both of them are great and i consider them to be almost equal so either choice would be a great decision for a board.
btw abit has some trouble working with generic or cheap hardware thought i would let you know
hope this helps
