VPN client conflicts with mobo

Ever since I upgraded my 5 year old Biostar P133 motherboard my VPN client software (Altiga) crashes in Win95.

Al that changed was a new FIC VA-503+ AT mobo, K6/3-400 and 256MB of RAM.

The VWIN32 crashes only occur when I am using the VPN client software. Otherwise my system is fine.

I know my hardware is not at fault. Apparantly, the Altiga/Cisco software is
incompatible with some new technology standard. The problem is Aliga does not
have very good tech support.

Does anyone have any clues as to where the problem may be ?
