go with an Asus P3B-F mobo.

You are the one with the P III 500 right?

I got a P3B-F mobo, with a P III 500 happily chugging along @ 620, default Volrage, and I can run it @ 667, if I had better cooling.

I got stock cooling as of now :P

I would also recommend the Asus P3V4X http://www.dansdata.com/p3v.htm

Hi pwrdrums

Take a stroll over to SysOpt's

Yeah, I just installed a P3V4X (Asus) and I like the way I can run my P3 600 at 800 mhz and still keep the SDRAM running at 100 Mhz.
The board seems quite good although you will want to visit www.via.com (http://www.via.com) and get the latest AGP drivers to maximize performance. I have also used the ABIT BH6 and I can recommend that line for good overclockability, good performance and stability, and a decent set of BIOS features.
