Judging from the caliber of some of their people,I think that this must be what their training must consist of:
1. chemical lobotomy to flush product knowledge away.
2. Customer B.S skills
3. "let me check stock on that"101(run to warehouse, take smoke break, eat lunch, etc,
4.defective mercandise repackaging 203(whose graffiti is on that return tag, anyway?)
5. daily body cavity searches when you leave
"hey boss, you won't believe what I saw Joe put up his **** in the bathroom, better check him!"
6.paddle waving while manager ignores your pleas for help
7.lastly,the all encompassing training manual.."How to be a door nazi for dummies"
feel free to add to the list!

They do have good prices and return policies, so if you know what you're doing, you can cut past the B.S. Anyway...
9. Training in how to keep a straight face when you're lying off your ***.
~~Edit: By the way, ever think about the name Fry's??? I mean, Fry's electronics... electronics... fry... The last thing I want my motherboard to do is to _____

#10. Bait and Switch. Formally known as creative retail advertising 101.
Actually, I think they ripped this one off from Best Buy....the undisputed retail king of Bait and Switch tactics!!

Well, I don't have a Fry's near by and have never shopped there, but according to all the fabulous response about them, I'm probably lucky!! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif *LMAO*
Use the consumer's association mindtricks...
"Do you have a receipt?"
You don't need to see my receipt
"We need a receipt for all returns"
I want to speak to your supervisor
"We don't need to see his receipt."
etc...
