WHAT NEW MB TO GET ATHLON 650?

I currently have a FIC sd11, with an athlon 650 with 160megs(pc100), Viper v770, and this system runs worse than my k6-2 450...any suggestions on what board to get..I mostly use it for gaming and the net.
