what board is best the abit BE6 II or the Asus P3V4X

hey guys, what board do you think is better the abit BE6 II or the Asus P3V4X
im thinking on a P3 650 mhz or a 700 mhz!!

I currently have a 650E on a the asus board. I like it very much. It has so much more room to Grow than the abit board. Namely the agp 1/2, dram +-33, ect... I did have some problems with a sound card drivers but once i get my lazy *** on the job it will be great. as for overclocking i have not done to much at all. i think i will make a summer project into reaching 1ghz. The bulk of this project will involve a kick *** cooling active cooling system including the chipset.

you may want to look at the abit via board as well.
